About Babette
My work is shaped by the body.
By what it carries.
By what it remembers, and what it longs to release.
I see the body as a wise companion—soft, sensitive, honest.
It holds our stories, our emotions, our protections. And it knows how to return to balance, if we give it the time, space, and attention it needs.
My path into bodywork and healing didn’t come from a straight line—it came from life. From years of carrying too much, of living from my head, of numbing what I didn’t know how to feel. The moment I started listening to my body—truly listening—something shifted. And that’s what I now share with others.
My approach is gentle, intuitive and deeply somatic. I don’t believe in fixing. I believe in softening. In being with what is.
In creating a space where you can feel safe enough to meet yourself. That’s where healing begins.
In my sessions and ceremonies, I draw from a variety of modalities, always attuned to what your system is asking for. This can include:
-
Craniosacral therapy
-
Somatic bodywork
-
Embodied yoga & movement
-
Trauma-informed touch & nervous system support
