  • Embodiment is the practice of becoming deeply aware of and connected to your body, turning into a heightened sense of presence and mindfulness in physical experience. It involves attuning to bodily sensations, movements, and emotions, integrating this awareness into your daily life. It acknowledges that mental and emotional states are reflected in bodily experiences. This holistic approach considers the body as an integral part of one's identity and well-being.

  • Self-Awareness is the conscious knowledge and understanding of one's own character, feelings, motives, and desires. It involves recognizing and reflecting on one's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, allowing for a deeper understanding of oneself and one's impact on others.

  • (Somatic) Movement & Subtle Movement Practices are mindful, body-centered practices that promotes physical and emotional well-being by enhancing awareness, improving movement patterns, and gaining a deeper connection between the mind and body. It often involves learning new ways of moving and reeducating the body to move more efficiently and comfortably. It can help break habitual patterns that contribute to discomfort or dysfunction.
