What to Expect

During this ceremony, we will explore the language and intelligence of the body through gentle, somatic movements. Unlike traditional forms of movement often focused on performance and technique, Somatic Flow emphasizes feeling and experiencing your inner world through movement. It is an inward journey, where you listen to your body’s signals and are guided by what it needs in the moment. Expect a deeper connection with your body, flow, and rhythm.

The ceremony will be enriched with a cacao ritual led by Shaz & the Medicine Man. Through music and teachings, they will guide us into a space of connection and expression, enhanced by the power of raw cacao. This heart-opening plant helps you connect more deeply with yourself and your essence. Inspired by ancient traditions and nature's wisdom, Shaz & the Medicine Man create an open space where we can share, sing, and play together.
